So i have some values in A2:A7 and sum of those are store in B2. So I want the value of cell C2 which is currently 0 will add the value of B2 once a day.
Example.
value in b2 (4/17/2014): 1500 Then C2: 1500 = 1500
value in b2 (4/18/2014): 1300 Then C2: 1500+1300 = 2800
value in b2 (4/19/2014): 1800 Then C2: 1500+1300+1800 = 4600
and so on.......

Your sample workbook does not match teh example in your thread, but try this...
C2=A2+$B$2
C3=A3+C2+$B$2 copied down...
