    Static today's date

Ok guys now I got something that may be a little more complicated but may not be. So for my loans we have them by stages from 0 to 5. When loans are in stage 2 for more than 15 days i need excel to mark. Stating I have the stage where the loan is in cell I2, is there a way that I can have another cell let say O2 to put the date that cell went to 2? so that way I can have another cell that would substract todays date minus that date and create a rule than when the loan is =>15 it marks it red. Thanks for any help guys.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Sure it is attached. To better explain now that you will be able to see by cells specifically. I want to two things, I will start with what I think its the easiest and then finish with what I believe is the hardest.

    1. On Column "K" I got age. I would like to create a conditional formatting that turns the cell red on K2 and down based on a conditons. Let me put and example with two cell specific. if cell I2 is equal to 0 and K2 is equal or greater than 8 turn it red (it would be ideal if I could add another rule or within the same rule if I2 is equal to 0 and K2 is equal to 7 turn it yellow). I want this to apply accordingly to the K2 down.

    2. When anything is in stage 2 and its been 15 days or more in stage 2 i need it to turn stage age red. I update manually the stage, meaning when its in two in the system I work I got to this spreadsheet and update the stage. I was thinking maybe there was a way that the spreadsheet could record when did it to stage 2 and start counting the days.

I hope I made myself clear enough. If you are not sure you understand anything fully please let me know and I will gladly answer the questions.

    Thank you.
