    Breaking Links

My workbook somehow has a link in it that I cannot get rid of, (I think it was imported in when I copied some data from another workbook). I have tried the break links option as well as going to the "File -- Options -- Advanced" section to uncheck the appproprate boxes, but it is still their. Any ideas? It doesn't seem to cause any issues but it is annoying and I dont want to risk any future issues that may arise.
