Advance search and replace options

Please help me with an excel issue that I'm trying to resolve. I need excel to search for multiple numbers in a sheet and mark them a color for identification. Here is my issue, I have 1000 parcel numbers in a column in one sheet that represent a property id. I need to search a 10,000 row sheet for all those numbers and mark them a color so that I can see where they are in in the massive master sheet of 10,000 lines. I know with the search and replace option you can do this but I don't want to input 1000 parcel numbers one by one and add a color to them in the replace option. I was hoping Excel has an option to do this on a massive scale since it already has the ability to search out one thing at a time.

This searches and highlights "A1:A10000" for any term placed in "D4:D10"
