pull only current data from form

Hello,

I have a form that time and date codes all the responses from 13 users, I am then pulling those responses and placing them into another pages array.

The question is, if the form responses page has the following:
A B C
1| Timestamp User Users Text
2| 4/28/2014 15:09:50 1504 test-Test
3| 4/28/2014 15:48:22 1524 test-text

How do I only pull the most resent date for each user?

I got the function, lookup to work in excel, but not in Google docs.

Have used an Arrayfuction in another workbook but not familiar with fuction to know how to get it to work in a new formula.

Please, please help, and many thanks, have a deadline to try and get this working.
