I'm using Excel 2013, Windows 7. I have a workbook that my users use to create construction work orders; there's a button on the main sheet that runs a (lengthy) macro to create new worksheets based on data that is entered, and copy and paste data from the main sheet to the new ones. The new sheet is created with a defined print area (a single column), defined margins (.5 all around), and uses Paste Special to paste the values and the formats (including wrap text), as well as column widths.
We are repeatedly coming up against a problem where the information displays perfectly on the screen, but cuts off text in the cells when printing (or print previewing). We've got numerous printers including Adobe PDF, and they all display the same. (We're all using the most up-to-date drivers for our physical printers.) For example, an item will display on the screen as wrapping to two lines within a single cell, but in Print Preview, the display seems to have narrowed so that the item now needs three lines to display properly - but cuts it off at two, so that the final part of the text is missing.
I've attached an example of a worksheet that's doing this.

What I see on my screen under "Approved Repairs" is:
Just like that, two lines in one cell. When I print/print preview, it looks like this:Please Login or Register to view this content.
cutting off the last portion of the text. Please Login or Register to view this content.
I have Googled like crazy and have seen various solutions offered such as changing the font, making the font the same as the "Normal" style, manually adjusting margins, row heights, column widths, and pay layouts (which, even if it worked, I couldn't really ask my users to do every time), changing or clearing the print area, using scaling, and adjusting the print and display DPI. None of these has worked for me. Is there anything I can do at least make what displays on the screen match what prints? Is there some other setting that I'm completely overlooking?
In case it's at all relevant, when I switch to page break preview viewing mode, the display is also slightly different:
And on page layout view, it's this (also a little different):Please Login or Register to view this content.
