Text in cell that has "wrap text" getting cut off on print/print preview.

I'm using Excel 2013, Windows 7. I have a workbook that my users use to create construction work orders; there's a button on the main sheet that runs a (lengthy) macro to create new worksheets based on data that is entered, and copy and paste data from the main sheet to the new ones. The new sheet is created with a defined print area (a single column), defined margins (.5 all around), and uses Paste Special to paste the values and the formats (including wrap text), as well as column widths.

We are repeatedly coming up against a problem where the information displays perfectly on the screen, but cuts off text in the cells when printing (or print previewing). We've got numerous printers including Adobe PDF, and they all display the same. (We're all using the most up-to-date drivers for our physical printers.) For example, an item will display on the screen as wrapping to two lines within a single cell, but in Print Preview, the display seems to have narrowed so that the item now needs three lines to display properly - but cuts it off at two, so that the final part of the text is missing.

I've attached an example of a worksheet that's doing this.
    WorkOrder.xlsm
What I see on my screen under "Approved Repairs" is:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
Just like that, two lines in one cell. When I print/print preview, it looks like this:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
cutting off the last portion of the text.

I have Googled like crazy and have seen various solutions offered such as changing the font, making the font the same as the "Normal" style, manually adjusting margins, row heights, column widths, and pay layouts (which, even if it worked, I couldn't really ask my users to do every time), changing or clearing the print area, using scaling, and adjusting the print and display DPI. None of these has worked for me. Is there anything I can do at least make what displays on the screen match what prints? Is there some other setting that I'm completely overlooking?

In case it's at all relevant, when I switch to page break preview viewing mode, the display is also slightly different:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
And on page layout view, it's this (also a little different):
Please Login or Register to view this content.

No guarantees this is the ultimate solution, but it worked for me. Page Layout->Scale to Fit->Width set to 1 page. This worked for me, and this setting is saved with the document, so your final user should not have to worry about it.

I have margins set to .5 inches on 8.5x11 paper and the text fits perfectly. If that margin setting doesn't work for you try "shrink to fit".

    Hi
Actually your column width + margins are greater than the page width, so the last part is truncated. Although it may show ok in the excel window.
You may see that the first line ends at different words in excel window ("on trim,") and print preview "doors,").
You may use methods given above or reduced the column width to approx. 95-97 & double click ts border to set ita height to auto, so that, the text will be in three lines now.

or reduce the left & right margins to 0.3 so that the text may fit in two lines

    Or change the orientation landscape

    Regards
