    Custom Sort of Row Lable in Pivot Table

    Hi
    Everyday I've to make Pivot Table from Data given by Branch Manager. When I create Pivot, my Row Label comes in order like
    ICV TRUCK
    LCV BUS
    LCV TRUCK
    MCV BUS
    MCV TRUCK
    PICKUP &
    SCV shown in "automaticPivot" sheet in attached file. Later I arrange it in order of
    MCV BUS
    LCV BUS
    MCV TRUCK
    ICV TRUCK
    LCV TRUCK
    PICKUP
    SCV by dragging manually everyday shown in "desiredRowLabelSort" sheet. Is there any way that sort Row Label automatically instead of manually OR any other faster way than doing manually? Anyone to help pl?

    Make a 'custom list' off these values.
    Then you can easier sort on this.

    I've already made custom list, but can't apply because when I'm clicking the sort menu there is not custom option

    Try this:

    Row Labels Cell A4:
    'more sort options'
    'more options'
    select your custom order under 'first key sort order'
    'OK'
    'Ascending A to Z'
    'OK'

    One little thing to add to popipipo's excellent instructions is to make sure that before "Select your custom order....." make sure that Auto Sort is NOT selected because if it is selected the "Select your custom order..." will be greyed out and not selectable.
