Generating a List of Possible Permutation Combinations

Hi

I have spent at least an hour searching the Internet and this forum but the problem at hand is slightly different than the ones I have found so far. I hope some of you can help.

I have 3 categories (columns) of scores that can range from 1-7 in integers. So it can be 1, 1, 1 or 2, 1, 1, or 2, 4, 6, or 6, 7, 5. Eventually, I need to calculate a score based on these combinations. And any combinations with the same score will be treated as duplicates and can be removed.

My question is how can I generate a list of combinations of 1-7 in 3 different columns? I have attached a file with examples.
