conditional formatting with realtion to a date

Hello,

I want a function that format a cell with a color if a specific day is less than one month from today.
i.e; if today is 30 days or less far away from a certain day then give me a cell format.

If I have a medicine that expires on July, how can I give an alert
if one month remains before it expires. i.e, an alert should appear on June.
