PO Status

Dear Sir,

How can i link my PO status sheet on desktop to alert material delivery date.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but if you open the PO status sheet every day, then you can use Conditional Formatting to make PO material delivery dates of today be highlighted in yellow, and then maybe have PO material delivery dates of yesterday or earlier be highlighted in red.

• Select the entire Material Delivery Date column.
• In the Home tab of the Excel Ribbon, click "Conditional Formatting".
• Click "New Rule"
• Click "Format only cells that contain"
• In the first list box choose "Dates Occurring" and in the second box that appears, choose "Today".
• Click the "Format..." button
• Go to the "Fill" tab.
• Click on the yellow square (or whatever color you want really), and then click "OK".

To highlight cells with dates before today, then do the same as above except instead of "Dates Occurring" - "Today", select "Cell Value" "less than" "TODAY()".
