Pivot Table with Data instead of numbers

Alright, here I am again looking for more help. I have attached the example below for details.

I read multiple posts that indicate that you cannot use a pivot table to display the data text instead of the summarized number. Basically you know how you can click on the numbers in the pivot table and show the data behind it, that's what I want to show. I put an exampled in the sheet.

I was thinking of doing some type of lookup of the owner in the sheet and counting how many times they show up and then displaying the results of the offset. But I am just not that smart to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated from all you genius' out there.
