Return a value based on 2 criteria being met

I have 2 sheets

One sheet has

the 2nd sheet has

Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday

I want to write a code so that in the cells below the dates, the hours worked will be transfered, if the date matches and the code is present

For example im the cell below the 16th May, hours should appear if A0005 has worked on the 16th May

i have tried index formula, but it doesn't allow you to copy and drag across
