Cant click into cells - drawing rectangles appear !!

    Cant click into cells - drawing rectangles appear !!

    Hi,

    I have a problem with an excel sheet in which, when I try to click in a cell, I get a drawing object (rectangle2) appear over or near the selected cell.
    I cant do anything with it. When I click on certain cells I am fine and I am also fine if I tab from cell to cell.


    I attach an example

    Any help would be greatly appreciated
