Download attachment and rename with subject contact name line

Hi, im new here, and also new with macros!!

i was wondering if this could be done.

I want to make a VBA macro to download 1 or more attachments from the mail, but id like it to be renamed using the contact name i provide to the addres.

i was reading that post, its kind of the same.

and maybe if its possible, if the file already exist, add something to avoid overwriting the old one?
