Create a graph with value and percentage together

Hi friends,
I want to create a graph in Excel which shows values and percentage together. for example: on the left shows per capital consumption composition in USD by year, and the right shows percentage of total consumption by year.

Since they will be different #s if you graph them in a line graph, then click on one set of the data, then right click and select format data series, and under series options click on Secondary Axis and you can have the one side represent capital consumption and the other represent the percentages.

create the graph with both the values (in one column) and percentage s(in another column) then, on the graph, select the percentage, right-click and click on format data series and in the series option, select Secondary Axis and click OK.
