IF formula- how to reference a table column

I am trying to write an IF formula to refer to a table column in the logical test box so that the formula will update with any new data entered into the table column. the screen shot should explain it. When I enter the formula I have typed in:=IF([@Column1]=Table10[Column1],"",[@Column1]) it returns a VALUE. why will it not work? thanksexcel IF 2.JPG
