Index Match Rows for multiple data sets

This is a tricky one so if some one can help that will be much appreciated.
The worksheet has a row of dates and mileages looking well into the future.
The event/subsequent event dates and mileages show up a number of times.
I am trying to tabulate the results as per the table in the worksheet to give event date and miles at max and min values.
