Getting rid of ActiveX Control??

I was trying to add a date picker control to my spreadsheet. I ended up not using it and got rid of it. Now every time I save my document I get the "Privacy Warning: This document contains macros, active controls,......." even though I removed the control.

Is there any way to remove every trace of the control so I no longer get this error?

Save the file using an excel format other than xlsm.
Close, then reopen.

It's saved as a .xlsx and still giving me the problem.

Check this path C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\XLSTART to see if a date picker file exists there, just delete it to see if this resolves your issue.
