change colour of cells in 1 sheet if date is entered in another sheet

Sheet 4 is where I want to collet the data

sheet 1= division games
you will see the name bazzeriom has played in the first game
Gasmoker1 has not played at all and is noted by the letters NP
Gwrit59 have withdrawn from the game and is noted by the letters WD

Sheet 2=C.T.T.H Sheet
Bazzeriom has played the 1st game

sheet 3=tier league sheet

Bazzeriom has played the first 2 games in the tier league
cobraseye has played 1 game

sheet 4 is the activity sheet and is where I want all the data to be collected

Because Bazzeriom has played in the first game in the division d3 turns green

because Gasmoker1 has not played at all d23 turns red

Because Gwrit59 has withdrawn d29 turns yellow

Because bazzeriom has played the first game in C.T.T.H l3 turns green

because Bazzeriom has played the first 2 games in the tier league x3 and y3 turn green

because cobraseye has played in first game of tier league x15 turns green

How do I get the cells in sheet 4 to change colour automatic when I input date into the first 3 sheets

The way I would handle this is to have a helper column (or columns). The helper column would detect whether there was a date (or other data) on the subsidiary sheet and conditional formatting can be set up based on the helper column which may then be hidden.
