Make a button that rolls a die and shows it in a popup

I'm building a character sheet for a D20 game and I'd like to have a button for the skills so I could just click it and it would roll 1-20 + skill and then popup the result. RandBetween (1,20)+E14 is simple in a regular cell, but I don't know how to turn it into a button.

I saw the dice when I searched, but it doesn't popup and I'm not looking to spend hours trying to figure out a single bit of code. This will be the sole bit of code I need for the sheet. Roll 20+cell value, output to popup or target cell.

That seems to work for random 1-20, but now I can't figure out how to make it add in a number from a cell.
