How to generate all possible combinations of nine cities

Hi everyone.

I only have a very very basic knowledge of Excel so I hope I make enough sense.

I need to make a list of all possible combinations of nine cities as shown in the following example.

My input is: New York, Miami, London, Paris, Madrid, Berlin, Rome, Moscow, Tokyo

For Example my ideal Output would be:

Tokyo
London

.............................................................................

Berlin, Madrid
Miami, Moscow

..............................................................................


London, Paris, New York
Rome, Moscow, Miami

..............................................................................

Up to

New York, Miami, London, Paris, Madrid, Berlin, Rome, Moscow, Tokyo

How can I create such list ?
