excel 2013: my drop down lists don't work from a previous version...?

I created a form with multiple drop down lists that worked perfect in 2010 and previous versions but now in 2013 I'm having multiple issues.

    (1) When I open my form in 2013, the drop downs are there; however, the cells where the drop down lists are pointing to are WAY-way off (by many columns and hundreds of cells) from where they are supposed to be.
I have a column of cells that I want each cell in that column to have the same drop down list available, but (2) I can't use the drag/copy feature from the corner anymore.
    (3) When I try and use the same drop down menu a few pages down, the drop down arrow won't be available on the cell I want it to be on until I click the adjacent cell.

    Thoughts?

Hi, and welcome to the forum

When you refer to 'a form' are you referring to a UserForm you've created in the VB environment?
When you say 'the cells the drop downs point to' are you referring to the Control Source property of a control or is some VB code in the form populating the cells?

Best thing is to upload the workbook and tell us which cells you think should be updated.
