Help with returning multiple rows based on multiple conditions

I need help configuring a formula that will return all applicable rows from a tab as long as four criteria are met. I have three locations, A, B and C all with source data. Based on changing the blue criteria on the "Summary" tab, the applicable data from each location already flows correctly to the summary tab.

I am now creating the "Results" tab, and need to be able to return the data of all Location C rows (lot #'s) that meet all four criteria at the top of the results tab. The rows returned should fulfill these criteria: = cell A3, have a "ship" during the time interval in cells D3-D4, have an "In PW" = to or within the range in cells G3-G4, and have a weak % greater than cell J3. Thanks in advance!

Re: Help with returning multiple rows based on multiple conditions

Azumi, if I expand the criteria on the results tab in cell G3-G4 to 600 and 999 and manually change cell J3 to .5, it seems to be pulling all appropriate lots for Locations B and C, but not Location A, it just appears to be returning Lot A213407. I think there are 7 other Location A lots that should be returned when these criteria are entered. Ideas?
