using the print screen to copy - and it wont let me paste in excel to another computer

I am trying to copy a screenshot from one monitor and paste it to excel another monitor. I have multiple computers and monitors (12) that I use for work. I have a mouse program that allows me to go from one monitor ro another. If I put the mouse on a monitor, and hit print screen, I can copy the screenshot, then click on a cell and hit paste in excel on the same machine and it works. If I move the mouse to a different monitor, it does not allow me to paste the screenshot into excel. I can paste it on another monitor in word or mspaint, but not excel. The reason I need it to work in excel is beacuse we have procedure forms that are built in excel that we have to fill out. We have to capture screenshots from other monitors, and we need to paste them in excel on a different monitor. When I try to paste it in excel, it says image cannot be displayed.

I'm guessing that each monitor has it's own instance of Excel running. If you open your 'copy from' spreadsheet from within the same instance of Excel that you'll be pasting to, it should work.
