when user enters data into one cell, selected text prints in another cell

I am sorry if this has already been answered, I am so unfamiliar with Excel that I am not even sure what to call what I am trying to do, and that is hampering my ability to search for what I am looking for. Any help would be hugely apprecaited!

So what I am trying to do is to make it so that users can enter data into my form (I have managed to create the form and am working on trying to figure out how to get the info entered into the form to appear in my worksheet) and then the data will cause the information to, basically, compile sentences that I want to appear in one of three cells at the bottom of the worksheet.

Essentially, at this point in time, the end goal is to make 3 cells that contain text. Eventually, this text will be indexed elsewhere, but that is for the next person to deal with. I am creating a prototype that I want to present as a process improvement.

So, when the user selects 3 in cell D7 I want the text "Customer purchased 3 Widgets at $20 each." to print in cell 82B.
I also want the user to be able to copy and paste some customer records from another program directly into a cell in the form that will just print (unchanged) into one of these boxes, too.
Lastly, I want the user to be able to select checkboxes that will, when selected, print a comment that will print in two of these boxes. For example, if the user selects yes for cell D26 then I want the text "Customer not eligible for free shipping" to appear in both cells C82 and D82.

I am well over my head here, but I appreciate any guidance or ideas or suggestions on what would work for each of these so I can try to figure out how to do this.

    Thanks,
    Vic

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Re: when user enters data into one cell, selected text prints in another cell

So if the user puts a 3 in cell D7, I want the text, "Customer ordered 3 Widgets" in a separate cell that will be used to accrue all of the information that will come from the first table.

If the user then enters Y for cell D19, copies and pastes some data into cell D22, enters A for cell D28 and enters 5 in cell D31 and N in cell D36 then the following will show up in the cell that is used to accrue the information for the second table: "Cust not eligible for free shipping. Customer's name and address that were copies and pasted into cell D2 shows up here. Purchase approved for 5 Widgets. No special handling required."

My form has dropdowns, but it took me almost a week to make those and I don't have time to do that whole mess all over again for a mockup. I hope this is good enough to at least show what I am trying to do. I know that I need to take a class or something, but I don't currently have time to do that before this would need to be completed and proposed.

I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
    Thanks!

So I am thinking maybe it would be good to use Concantenate to get it to print what I want. I am trying to wrap my brain around the idea of using an IF statement and pulling from my data sheet to combine and make the sentence. I tried it and am getting the old, disgustingly familiar, #NAME? error.
