Formula for airway bill numbers

Dear all,

Could someone can help me to explaint that what will be the formula to get this result as below

Stock

From 111-4444 4504 to 111-4444 4903 = 40 Airwaybills

Actulay each bill number contains 13 digits including spaces/dashes (111-4444 4504)
I have to take only 3 digits from the last but before the last digit. (Example 450 - 490)
