Can't add the rows and columns and also copy paste

Hello Friends,

I have a excel file which i received from client.
First thing is that this file have 32 mb size which is too large because it has only 100 rows and 25 columns data in sheet1.
when i want to add the rows and columns between 100 rows then it doesn't allow me, show a error which i attached here.
i can add the row after 101th row it allow me but it will not allow to add the column anymore.
i also clear the all cell format but problem remain same.

I also try to copy and paste the data to new excel but it won't allow me to do that.

Please suggest me
