using a table to remove highest and lowest values

In this spreadsheet we are tracking team's averages over the course of a tournament. When computing the teams average after each match we want to disregard the top X number of scores and the bottom X number of scores beforehand. How many get removed from the top and bottom are different, and those numbers change as more games are played. On sheet two is a table with the number of games, how many to remove from the top and how many to remove from the bottom. I have not been able to figure out how to use that data to get the correct averages.

On sheet one the data that needs to be averaged is in rows 11 and 13, starting in columns O-Z. Currently the way it is written does nothing with the high and low scores.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    thanks
