Undoing changes in an entire column of a massive spreadsheet

Hi all,

I'm working on a large spreadsheet for work that requires changing certain data fields. A few days ago, I mass changed an entire large column by mistake and now I want to change it back. I've been working on the spreadsheet since then and have saved it countless times. Is there anyway to specifically undo the changes I made to that column now that the document has changed a whole lot?

Right click the file and choose previous versions. Choose the most recent version prior to the column change. Open and copy the column to a new file. Close the file and open the current file, and the new file. Copy the column from the new file into the current file.
