Getting the score is there is a tie

I have a sheet with soccer scores on and there play over two legs and i have used and if statement to get greater then score and move the team down to the next round, but I to get the score if it is a TIE(draw).

    i.e.

    Team 1 0-1 Team 2
    Team 2 3-2 Team 1

    Agg
    Team 1 3
    Team 2 3

Team 2 will win this on away goals so i want team 2 to move down, i have used this formula

    europe15.xlsx

This is the sheet if you look at Champions League tab and see both FC Banants & UE Saint Colomo have scored 3 on aggregate,
But UE Saint Colomo scored more goals away then FC Banants, so UE Saint Colomo go through to the next round
