In your informationblock you telling us you use excel 2003.

Please change that informationblock to the right version.

I have no excel 2007 at the moment.

But it has to be in the general settings (file => options => column ???)

you activated R1C1-View in the Options (no matter what version of Excel you use). You would need to uncheck that option (on 2007: Excel-Options, Formulas).
