Talking Duplicate rows based on the numeric value of a cell

    Question 1:

I'm trying to use mapping software to determine target markets for a client based on previous registrations of attendees by zip code. Right now the spreadsheet totals the registrant by zip code. Unfortunately, the software doesn't include the ability to apply numeric values. Therefore, I'll need to represent each registrant with it's own row.

So here's my question: How do you duplicate a row in excel using the numeric "total" in another cell?

    For example:
If the area code 56782 had 5 registrants. I would need to duplicate this row 4 times.

Currently this database has between 3-4k entries for each year so manually duplicating lines is out of the question.
Is there a function that will automate this process?[table="width: 500, class: outer_border"]

    Question 2:

Once this data is segmented I need to associate zip code designation from another sheet with the zip code designation from this sheet. I created a sheet that associates all US zip codes with their corresponding DMA (Designated Media Market). For example the zip code 78201 is associated with the DMA description San Antonio.

I need to transfer this designation to the corresponding zip codes on the registration database from question 1.

    Thanks in advance

Can you upload a sample file to better illustrate your request?

Here the attendee zip spreadsheet. The last tab shows an example of DMA (Designated Market Area) that needs to be associated with the zip codes from the first three years. Thx
