Hi is it possible to adjust a column width and height within a certain row? For example is there a way to adjust all the column widths in row 10 a separate size from the rest of the other rows on the worksheet? Is there a macro or add in where you can insert basically a new column bar on a specific row? Does this make sense? Please see the attached picture, can I adjust the circled columns somehow to separate widths from the rest of the sheet?

Short answer:no. The clue is in the term: "Column Width".

Column width is the same from top of the column to the bottom of the column. You can change the width but the change is from top to bottom.
Row height is like column width in that it is the same for the whole row.
If you are just needing a table to print, Word allows variable cell widths and cell heights within columns and rows.
