    Automatically insert rows

    So I have two separate tables, one above the other, and need a way for it to automatically shift the second table down or a row between the two tables any time another row is added to the top table. Is there any way to do that?

    First do it manually while recording a macro..
    then adjust that macro for future use...

    I'm sorry I've just never worked with macros before so I'm trying to figure them out now. I recorded doing it but then the macro only adds a row if I click on the macro and tell it to run, or the only other way I would know to do it is by inserting a button with that action. How would I adjust it to automatically react when I add a new row to the table? an If Then statement?
