Create a new list based on Information in another sheet

I need to create a list in the "DCWC" sheet. It needs to be in Column D under "Description" (D9) it must only show me the data below in "ClientIBT" - Column M in the "SBV INFO" sheet. Please note that this will always vary in lenght and I dont need to see the blanks. I also need to see the corresponding value as shown in "SBV INFO" in Column AA, I need this to be in the "DCWC" Sheet under amount. I do not need to cary over the totals.

Not sure if I need to do one manual one as an example on the attachment
