Really stuck!!!!!

HI all I am really stuck and cannot figure it out

I have built a call quality tracker and I need to add how many calls james has had under 85% next cell to have between 85% and 95% and 95% and above.

I have a simple validation to choose the names and then the percentage to be inputted by the user. i need to calculate how many calls james had under 85%

So Name - call percentage

4 James 85%
5 James 75%
6 James 65%
7 Chris 85%
8 Chris 62%
9 Chris 50%


the total box Shows and this is the box I need to calculate are marked with ?



Name total calls Below 85% 85% to 95% Above 95%

James 3 ? ? ?
Chris 3 ? ? ?
