    Unhappy IF STATEMENT HELP!! Monthly Amortization formulation based on Porject start and end date.

    Hi having a little trouble getting a consistent formula to work. Please see attached file. The cells in grey is what i need formulated. Yellow ones are the data points.
    Can someone help please?
