Generate a List of Excel Files from a Specific Folder without VBA

Hello all,

I have excel 2007. So I am using the second solution for all versions of MS Excel.
Step 2 does not work however, I am wondering if it's because the folder name is in Chinese for me.

Example:
=FILES("C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\桌面\Mich\*.xls")&T(NOW())

Test whether you are correct by replacing the folder name with a "standard", non Chinese folder

e.g.

C:\My Documents
C:\Program Files
etc...
