Auto data entry based on dropdown choices

Hello,
first of all , sorry for my bad English.
Hope you can help me with my questions.

I need to know how i can select an option from a dropdown list and have it drew data from a table and place it in a certin cell based on my choise.

i have attached a sample form so you might be able to understand what i'm asking for.

in the sample form i have two dropdown lists.

Countires and POD

what i need is when i select an option from the POD list the data on the Rate table wil appear on the left side in order of course.
