Randam Placement into cells based in conditions

The attached workbook is an example of a manual placement situation which I current do on a daily basis

I am seeking your expertise to advise if it is possible to allow the information to be entered in the orders sheet and based in the indicated criteria randomly placed in the indicated worksheet

This sheet is not used for a commercial operation rather a community group run by volunteers so I am trying to make it as simple as I can

    As always assistance appreciated

Even with the workbook, I just don't understand what you are doing. Perhaps others have the same problem and that is why you are not getting responses.

Re: Randam Placement into cells based in conditions

    Sorry
    Let me explain
Mon and Tuesday represent part of a week or Monthly Mask lay out
I only did Mon and Tuesday but the finished set up will have either a week or a Month [dated]
    In the orders sheet
    1. Tom brown wants 3 spots in Zone 1, 5 in Zone 5 and so on
    2. Bill smith wants one spot in Zone 1 and 1 in Zone 2
    3. I am looking for code which looks and 1 and 2 above [and others on the list] and places the spots randomly into the zones in the Mon or Tue workbooks etc.
    4. The zones are indicated in Col D
    5. Spots can only be placed in X indicated in Col E
    6. * no placement

Trust that clarifies things a little
    Sorry for the confusion

Re: Randam Placement into cells based in conditions

    To Explain further

The attached is a program being developed for a community not for profit station.
Currently the daily schedule is entered manually
The attached workbook has [at this stage] 3 worksheets
    1. Input – where information is placed
    2. Represents the information saved from 1 above
    3. Weekday worksheet [1814 which represents 1-8-14 then there is 2-8-14 and so on]
Ideally I would like the following to happen
    1. Using the Input Sheet I enter the following
    Date
    Client
    Product
    Key No
    Length
    Start and Finish date
    Zone 1 - 5 spots @ $ 1
    Zone 2 – 6 spots @ $ 2
    Zone 3 – 2 spots @ $ 3
    Zone 4 – 3 Spots @ $ 4
    Zone 5 – 1 Spot @ $ 6
    Zone 6 – 0 Spots
    Zone 7 – 0 Spots
    Zone 8 – 2 Spots @ 1
    And I add a Comment
    2. Then pressing the” add to data base” I am looking for the following to happen
    3. Firstly if adds the info to the data Sheet as it does now – this is okay
    4. At the same time it looks at the date [say 1814] then to the sheet 1814 then Zone 1
[Mid to 5am] it also looks at Column E for an “X” [with nothing entered next to it in in Column G.
The code then randomly places the indicated 5 spots within the zone [different breaks]
    5. It then looks at zone 2 and follows the same pattern
    6. Likewise the other zones
    7. * in Col E are fixed with none of the above to be placed in the rows

Now is this possible or is it too complicated
