Pivot table Help with calculating a pass fail percentage

I am not sure how to set up the pivot table to accomplish what I need but I know it can be done due to the fact I have a report that is sent to me in that format I just can't duplicate the effort. If you can please let me know how to accomplish this is novice terms I would greatly appreciate it.

Basically I need two pivot reports ( Run Rate and Pass Rate )

the run rate is calculated from the two things

Run test % "Count of day of test run" = Yes
Not run % "count of day of test run" = No

    Pass Rate
Pass Rate % "Count of day after test in spec" = Pass
Fail Rate % "Count of day after test is spec" = Fail
    N/A are exempt

The file that has the report already working was too big so am attaching a screenshot of what it looks like. Screen Shot 08-04-14 at 12.31 AM.PNG
    Please help!
