INDEX & MATCH - Want value equal or greater to ACTUAL

I have half of my INDEX & MATCH working, but not quite all the way.

Instructions are better explained in the Excel file itself.

1. Have a measured timber length, ie. 1499mm

2. Want to pick the next size (correct) in 300mm increments, ie. 900, 1200, 1500, 1800mm lengths

3. If measured length between 1201 to 1499mm, want to pick 1500mm AND

4. if measured length is exactly 1500mm, also want to pick 1500mm

PROBLEM: #3 is working very well, but #4 I cannot figure out how to code
