Is there a formulae that allows you to auto enter time and date based on another fields entry with out auto updating it as i am trying to createa a dispatch template in excell and have it slightly automated to ease with data entry and time.
I have the following fields.
ID, Date time logged, Client, Address, Fault, PO Number Was it disp y/n, Date and time Disp and notes.
Idea being if i say yes for a call being dispatched it displays the date and time of dispatch but i do not need it to update. ie when it is closed down and opende up the next day i do not need the date an time to relefect the next days date and time.
