Hiya Exels Gurus, I need help sorting a handicap system for Bowls...please

Hello, as said before I am trying to sort out a fair handicap system for our bowling league which has 13 teams but of varying abilities.

Scores can can be very close at the top of the table but relatively low, ie 13 -15 or when the top plays bottom a massive variation ie 45 -2

We know who is good and who isn't, so put a rough value to there ability could be done but isn't a fair representation to how they play through the 26 week season.

So what does this have to do with excel?

Well would like to add the weekly scores from all the teams to a spreadsheet and it adjust the handicaps on a weekly basis

What's the formula for finding the handicap?

How do you record scores?

Can you post an example spreadsheet showing how your data is laid out & what outcomes you want?

Here is my spreadsheet Im playing with
Player club rating is a ability ranking that can be changed by the club
Handicap multiplier is a equation I have borrowed from a golf handicap spreadsheet
New weekly handicap is the handicap we would use weekly to offer the lesser teams a chance and could change dependent on results within the 26 weeks
