I need an help to split the single into two, is this really possible in excel?
To be precise dividing cell A1 into two different cells(No merging, No text to column option).

Not quite precise enough.
Can you provide examples of data within the cell and define where to split the cell?

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
If you are meaning to split one physical cell in half to have 2 independent cells, that is not possible in Excel.
