    Create Rotating Overtime List

Hi. I'm new to this forum and am looking for help in creating a Spreadsheet used for our mandatory holdovers. I need to be able to have a list of people that rotates as they work overtime. I have used the YouTube video to create what I have so far, however, I cannot figure out how to make the list rotate so that if we have to skip a person(s), the name chosen to work goes down to bottom of the list and those that were skipped would continue to be at the top of the list. I also would like to add a column next to the persons name that would be the date last worked. Can anyone help?
