How to find multiple occurrences with a vlookup

Hello all,

I have a sheet used to recall daycare workers who are laid off cyclically. Each year depending on student enrollment daycare working % changes. This sheet you type in an employee number it uses Vlookup and a retrieves all the pertinent info from last year that's stored in a table on a separate tab.

The problem: If someone appears twice on the list (if they hold 2 50% at 2 different locations) is there a way to have the vlookup continue down the list to find the next occurrence? I was thinking of maybe having this proposed formula linked with a button "NEXT" so that when clicked the vlookup with continue down the list and find the next one.
