Copy & paste with data validation

Hi - trying desperately to figure out how to allow users in a shared workbook to be able to copy and paste, but to stop them from being able to paste over data validation.

Anyone?

so to be able to copy into a cell with data validation (DV)? Or into other cells?

If you are looking to allow them to paste into cells without DV, but not in cells with DV, just lock those cells which have DV.
