Hello:
I am looking for a way to add a command button to my excel database and upon clicking it will save the file and close out at that station. I have 150 spaces set up for entry and 12 sheets to work with (a yearly database separated by month). I would like to have the button drop down to the next line and reset the courser back to column A. The data base is loaded on a network drive for use by multiple users the reason i would like the button is to have it also save a backup copy of the file to a separate network drive.
I am also trying to have the document accessible on multiple computers at the same time for when more than one person needs to access the file and enter information. Is there away to do this and when the button is clicked at either station the file will update without losing any data entered form the other user.

Have a button save the file in more than one location, reset the courser to the start of the next line (button to drop down also), update-able form multiple computers without losing information at the same time? Is it even possible to do all that with one button?
