Identify missing and wrong entries

Hi,
Can anyone help me with this.

I have attached a file which contains two sheets.
First sheet contains all entries and second is the copy but from different source.
I need to identify the missing entries and wrong enties row wise.

How would u like to check with,using "Vch" No or some thing else .

Thank u Punnam but it doesnt completely solve my problem. Along with "Vch No" we need to check other details also. Lets say if the "Vch No" is correct it might so happen that the product of the particular row doesnt match with the master. Can u please look into it. Thank you.

Thank you Siva. but it might so happen that to the same "Vch No" there might be other products too. how to solve then. In the attached file named "VLookup&index-edited" I have highlighted row 2 and row 3. pls check.
